I was told that the person you got the "drugs" from could be charged with distribution of a narcotic but I'm not sure if that's true.

  1. If they are over the counter drugs than no you can not get in trouble as anyone can get them..

it is ilegal to give out ANY prescription drugs no matter what they are for.  you would get in more trouble if they are a narcotic (prescription pain killer) or any other drug that can get you high.

things like Tylenol and alieve or Advil are over the counter so they are fine.

  2. Not unless it's medicine that's prescribed specifically to that person. Things like Tylenol aren't illegal to share. Although, you aren't allowed to have or share them in many schools, for some reason. I hated having to hide my ibuprofen when I had a headache, that's just silly.

  3. Anything that is prescription if you give it away you can get in trouble if the person you gave it too gets caught and rats you out.  As long as they have the presciption tylenol not in your prescription UNLESS it has codiene or something like that in it noone is going to care anyways.

  4. If you get Tylenol or Aleve from a friend, it is legal if it is for relieving a fever.

  5. noo tylenol and aleve arent narcotics.....if it was hydrocodone or oxycontin etc then yes you can be arrested...

  6. not at all, but if you want to high off of them, don't even think about it. they have acetaminophen in them--which not only doesn't make you high, but damages your liver.

  7. It is illegal if used for a purpose off your way. I would suggest you to get consulted either with your parents or your family doctor to avoid things that could get you into trouble. All narcotic is illegal.
