Is it illegal to give a handjob under the age of 16?

one of my teacher told me its not. but oral is so i dont know.

Its not illegal but its not the best thing to do until after your 16 as this is the age that gives u more time to become aware of what you are legally allowed to do and not do.

Oral is illegal because you are putting them in you, one way or another lol how ever giving a handjob isnt as you are just slidin them thru your hand

I would agree with your teacher as well i only thought that it was oral and sexual intercourse that is illegal under the age of 16
