would it be illegal at 17 to go on a "boose cruise" and transport this back to the country?

Since the law is 16 to buy alcohol in france and police only have the right to reposes drink that they believe the intention is to drink in a public place... i dont see how this would be illegal.... but then again i cant see customs liking this very much?

  1. Wait until you are 18 to do this ' booze cruise ', otherwise even if you can legally  buy alcohol in France, you 'll be illegally driving, not to say that both are illegal back in U.K.
