I would say no.  You can't even touch her that would be child molestation.  Although if she touches you that would not.  If you ask her to that would be wrong.  If her parents are okay with you having a relationship with her thaz different.

I'm not completely aware of the laws in Virginia, but I know here in Pennsylvania, sexual or no you have to be within four years of each other.

Technically I think its illegal because the guy is now an adult and can basically can be named as a sexual predator or pedofile...

In Virginia, the legal age of consent is 15.  As such, they are considered "adults" when it comes to s*x and are able to make their own decisions.  

If a 15 year old wishes to have s*x with someone who is 73, it is legal.  There are other ways of getting in trouble.  Since she's 15, transporting her across state lines, for instance.  But legally you can have s*x.  As such, a non-sexual relationship is also legal.
