Is it illegal to have blue neon lights underneath your car in any part of Texas??

  2. The main thing the law covers is no car shall have red or blue lights showing from the front of the vehicle unless it is an 'Emergency Vehicle'. So...if the under carriage lights show from the front...it's illegal.

  4. No it is not legal in any state period. You could put a red neon under your rear bumper and have it function as a brake light and two orange neons up front that operate as turn/side markers but any other color will be illegal.  

  5. I've always believed the answer to that question to be yes. I have heard that in Texas you can not have red or blue neon lights underneath your car because they mimic the look of police lights.  

  6. Yes every where in Texas    isn't   that neat the way they made it a law for the whole state. I am all for it.
