okay, my friend told me to join, so i did...but is it illegal to join? im not going to download or upload then if i dont is that illegal? and if i do isthat illegal? easy 10 points pls tell me

PS if it is...how do i deactivate the account?

No it isn't but to download something from the site is considered to be pirating music movies games and even pictures but you are doing this if you download something without the proper license from the makers from anysite.

That is no illegal to join. But it is illegal download copyrighted materials. You don't have to cancel your account. But if you have downloaded something don't care about it. And don't log in to site again.

It is not illegal to join or use demonoid for downloading legal torrents.

It is illegal to download anything that is protected by copyright but that is the case anywhere.

To deactivate your account you just don't sign in to it for a few months and they will automatically close the account.
