  1. Teach your 15 year old to be responsible and GET HIS LEARNER'S LICENCE before any attempts to drive are made. He/she's driving on YOUR insurance too.....and it's smart to teach him/her on quiet roads at first, so rural roads are a good idea once he/she earns that licence......

  2. They  have to learn properly  Contact a good driving school . Your showing aproval by breaking the law  .  Looks like the blind leading the blind

  3. Yes it is illegal, you need to go and ask your schools principal if you can use the parking lot.....

  4. Actually this varies by state. For example, in Vermont, as long as the parent is in the car and the driver is over 15 with his or her birth certificate on them, then this is legal.

But in most states you are required to obtain a learners permit. With this permit you are able to drive with a licensed driver and this is how you learn. The permit test in mosts states are things you learn from a book, its not a driving test, its an actualy quiz.

Then after you get your learners permit you can drive and get road experience with a licensed driver and then prepare for your road test.

Again, this varies by state laws so it is best to get your states driving manual from your RMV or DMV. These are usally available for free download in pdf format.

  5. Silly question, and you have already answered it yourself!  How is newbie supposed to learn?  With practice.  But what authorizes such practice?  THE LEARNER PERMIT.  If he gets that in 3 weeks, you can take him driving, until then, it is illegal.  If caught without such permit, depending on the state you are in, his eligibility for a permit and licence could possibly be revoked until 18th birthday!  Plus you could be ticketed as well.  If you had an accident with the UNLICENCED driver behind the wheel, you could have huge problems with your insurance.

It isn't legal in Vermont, as a matter of fact a teen in Vermnont has to hold a permit for a year before being allowed to take the road test, so ignore that answer.  There is only one state that doesn't require a learner permit, and that is New Hampshire, where, for some dumb reason, they don't have a permit.

  6. Well yeah but don't worry about it. if you are on a rural road in BFE you have nothin to worry about cuz odds are there wont be any police out there. And if they drive the speed limit and dont do anything wrong the police shouldn't supect anything. Good Luck <><

  7. yes it is and i learn how to drive before i was 12

  8. yes it is illegal if they do not have a permit.

they learn by driving with you in the passenger's seat AFTER they get the permit.

if the police caught them, they would get a fine for driving without a license.  That could possibly delay when they can get their license.

  9. YES. There supposed to learn when they are old enough to understand they are driving a heavy weapon that can do severe damage to themselves and to others if not treated with respect. All people need to respect this fact, but with younger people, they just don't get the point of the consequences until it's too late.
