No.  They are kind of public domain.  As long as you don't do anything like having them copulating with a horse (or Ann Coulter - same difference), caricatures are acceptable.

Just be careful slander is a charge that most people don't think about and the reason why TV shows do it is because they also will post a disclaimer that the TV stations do not air.

ya its easy to do and it can be very fun , just make sure you put in very fine print a legal disclaimer as this image only resembles the likeness of , for example.
