  1. I'd wait 'til cooler weather. It's been triple digits...most folks, yankees more than anyone else, can't take the heat...so to speak.

  2. As long as you don't block the door, and keep people from entering you are fine.

As for doing good, depends on what happened. So what happened, and I will let you know if it will work

  3. And you have to stay off private property. And you may need a permit to picket on public property -- check your local rules.

  4. Some towns might require a parade permit, but most don't if just one person moves back and forth on the public sidewalk with a sign.  Furthermore, in those places that require a permit, it is easy to get it. Trespassing is prohibited, even if you are picketing and all other general laws are enforced.   As to whether it will work.  Sometimes.  Sometimes it backfires and the business reveals the whole story and shows just how wrong you were.

  5. No,

not if you're on public  property.

  6. Not in the US. Picket away, if I see you though, I might laugh and call u a freak and it will be really embarrassing.

  7. I had the same problem and what I did is post in every single forum and blog related to the industry about the wrong doing.  You may want to search either local or industry sites so they can be aware of this company.

Additionally, I called my local TV news consumer report to give me a hand (which by the way they did).  There is also a site http://www.ripoffreport.com/ where you can file your report.
