Is it illegal to post a site named company-name-sucks.com? Like widgetssuck.com?

I bought a product that the company is refusing to service because they no longer make the product. I want to make a site that has theirnamesucks.com. Am I going to get myself in trouble?

seen some websites similar to this concept... so i guess it's not illegal, but do expect to get sued

you're not slandering them

just expressing your opinion

but you might might to make sure

the website itself isn't slanderous

They might ask you to take

it down though but unless you really

want to keep it don't take it down until

they start threatening you
