Is it illegal to put 2 people in 1 car seat? for example put 6 people in a 5 passanger car?

even though they have their seatbelts on?? i always see it but i never know if its ok... is it illegal???

It most certainly is illegal, and it could prove fatal if involved in an accident, and the driver may well end up with all sorts of things charges laid against them . If pulled up by the police, someone will no doubt have to walk, and the driver given a hefty fine.

And if the car is designed to seat 4, 5 or six people then you really should have only that number in the car, as the seat belt may well not work if you have two people sitting in one seat belt across them.

Is it really worth the risk?

did we answer this before?? NO the answer is NO--the cop will probably make someone walk if you get stopped. If they allowed one more--then why not 10 more?? One to a set of seat belts.
