There is no expectation of privacy in any public place. Anything you do can be taped and posted.

If you go into public you are giving others the right to film you.  if you are obnoxious about it then you are opening up a whole different issue however...

I am pretty sure you can record people as long as you dont give out any information about that person or distribute the recordings to others (selling it for money and such) Imagine how many people on youtube would be breaking that law! Youtube is also a big franchise :P
