Yes, I'm pretty sure! If they didn't have your permission and even if they did, I don't see why they'd be releasing it!

Yes, like a photograph, unless you are a celebrity, or unless you have signed a release, or signed over ownership of this likeness of you, it may well be illegal, but you need to check that with a lawyer.

Yes it's illegal.

But when you did the audition if you found yourself signing forms that may be the release forms themselves! So if you have signed a release then there's nothing illegal about them releasing it.

Then again, i dont see why they'd release it anyway.

You mean tape? No, it's not illegal to film a person's audition. They use it to review with others about you and to watch everyone's again.

  It's not illegal to tape it, but like everyone else said - releasing it without permission would be.
