  4. It should be.  If there ever was something poorly thought through it had to be the biofuel saga.

  5. There should be tax paid if not it is illegal

  6. It is not illegal to sell biodiesel but it must meet sertain ASTM standards... it is however illegal to sell vegetable oil as a motor fuel only because it is not approved by the FDA as a motor fuel... Are you making this fuel yourself check out www.journeytoforever.com
