Is it illegal to sell lemonade in a lemonade stand in Canada?

I want to a lemonade sale thing with a lemonade stand. Is that illegal in Canada?

It depends, if it's a full fledged company or business selling lemonade, then, no, you need a business permit

if you mean like a one time thing, kind of like a yard sale, then it's fine. there is no problem. you can even resale purchased lemonade. it is better if you sell lemonade you made though.

no i dont think so. my friend is in canada and he has kids that sell lemonade all the time. but i am not 100% sure.

Granted I don't live in Canada, but I don't think it would be illegal. It's not like you're running an illegal business in your basement, it's just a small lemonade stand lol.
