If it isn't it should be. You are driving a lethal weapon, get it wrong 'cos you are not concentrating and you could kill some one even your self. This has happened in the UK and this guy is now doing 12!

if you must answer the 'damned ' thing buy a hands free kit, it could be a cheaper option than doing time!!!!!

My phone rings frequenly so when i get to stop i go to my mail box.

Not at this time but they are looking ban it in 2009 from what I have read..

not yet, but they are working on legislature to make it so. i think while they are at it, they will have to ban laptops, newspapers, makeup, kids, dogs, smokes, food, and maybe even the scenery from going past the window, so there are no distractions for drivers. eh?
