  1. Why would you want to put up footage that shows you were trespassing?  If he got hold of it he could file charges with the proof that you provided.

  2. I am assuming that you have video pictures of you skating on a pond on private property that is not yours, and property you have been told to stay off.  Does the video have a way of determining when it was taken?  If it does, then he could claim it was trespassing. Is the video going to be so great that the guy is likely to find out about it?

If you did anything illegal on the video, they might be able to do something.  I doubt that they will for trespassing unless you caused some damage.  When in doubt, always ask an attorney versed in the laws of your state and your city.

However, if you did no damage to the property and there is no date on the video, I doubt  that it would be a problem, but I am not a licensed attorney so you need to check with an attorney.  Have you asked yourself why you went back onto private property when you were told not to be there as it was trespassing?   How would you take it if someone came onto your property?  There could be liabilities from  you being on the pond or whatever it is and  you could have fallen in and drowned.

I would recommend that you not go back there at all.  As to the video, guess you take your chances, but if there is a date, you might not want it there as it shows you were there and it is private property.
