Is it illegal to use the interior car lights while driving?

Is it illegal to turn on passenger side lights, driver side lights or use mirror lights while driving?

They need way do instain drivers, who kill their babbys. I saw it on the news, a mother in AR kill her 3 kids with interior car lights. My pary is with the Father. I am truely sorry for your lots.

some cars have dedicated "map lights"

these can be used by the passenger, as they are focused onto the passengers lap, and do not affect the vision of the driver.

apart from that, i don't think the others are permitted
