Is it illegal to video tape a ranting person on the street and post it online?

There is a woman that rants outside, about everything. She is liberal to the extreme. She is entertaining. Too bad she isn't on Yahoo! Answers.

It's probably okay, as long as you are not making a profit off it.

If you tape her, and post it on youtube, it's probably kosher.

She probably is under Nancy Pelosi. But I wouldn't go video the person because some member of the family might recognize the video production and introduce you to the civil court process at your own expense under the file name of lawsuit.
