Is it illegal to watch p**n in my car?

Well my car comes equipped with "Hater Vision." Basically the people driving behind me get to watch what I'm watching on the back of the headrests. Now if, for whatever reason, there were a pornographic DVD playing, would it be illegal since others can view it? I probably won't be driving while watching p**n (obviously) but I was wondering if the nudity could someday land me in jail.

I live in Virginia if that helps ;)

Yes it is. Once your car is in the road you are on a public zone and the display of pornographic material or nudity that might be offensive or illegal is forbidden, and don't forget that IF THE MATERIAL IS SEEN BY MINORS you have no scape from jail.

Yes is true that some cops might not care about it BUT if an old lady or a parent complain to the cops, they will have to arrest you.
