wouldn't children in a regular family be removed & not returned until they were sure no abuse was involved. Is the technical law overriding a humane law to protect children.

  1. I think it is immoral to take children from their parents based on a suspicion.  Maybe something bad is happening there and the people responsible for that should be prosecuted, but I'm sure there were lots of innocent people separated from their kids.  I find it scary that the government can do that.  I feel better knowing that the courts didn't allow this kind of thing to stand.

  2. It was immoral for the state to trash the constitution in this respect and remove children from a religious setting and put them in foster homes. I believe that the nearest thing to this action would have to be n**i Germany under Hitler when he rounded up and separated all the Jewish families during the Holocaust. I am not comparing it to the slaughter that took place later, but rather to the rounding up and separating the families part of it. It was blatantly illegal and at odds with the U.S. constitution.

  3. Do they even know what kids belong to what mother?
