Growing up in an English society, it was compulsory to know the basics of French and this increased my interest to perfect it. It is a world language spoken by more than 200million on five continents and attracts new learners yearly, advantage in th job market, travel opportunities, ability to learn other cultures. French has so many opportunities and should be encouraged in non-french speaking countries.
