Is it impossible for almost every male with Asperger Syndrome to get a girlfriend or start dating? is it?

because I am going to be 21 next year and I have never had a girlfriend, still a virgin, I am not the best at talking to girls, I don't know whether it is that I am shy and have anxiety, or is it because of Asperger Syndrome. Like I seem to have a hard time initiating a conversation with a girl, I seem to run out of questions, or that I am only good at asking one answer questions like "what type of music do you like?" stuff like that. I have a hard time reading body language and taking hints, reading social cues, like if I am trying to start a conversation with a girl, I don't know whether she is interested or not interested. So is it common for a lot males with Asperger Syndrome to struggle in the dating/relationship area? do you think relationships/dating/s*x and companionship are not meant for males with Asperger Syndrome?

As you probably know - relationship difficulties are one of the symptoms of Aspergers. Instead of trying to approach a girl cold, why don't you join some clubs or take some classes in subjects that you enjoy. That way conversation about common interests will be a lot easier. Best wishes.

You might have a hard time because social skills are not easy for people with asperger. It sounds like you are trying which very brave, you should be proud of yourself. The bottom line is that everyone (OK most people) have trouble dating and meeting the opposite s*x until the right one comes around. Some day you will meet a woman whom you find communication with easy and things flow between you because you were meant to be. It could happen soon or 20 years from now, but if you keep doing what your doing it will happen.
