Is it impossible to sell my house? I have utility poles in my backyard.?

So far about 12 or 13 people have looked at my house. I have cut the price to less than I paid for it, and so far a majority of them say they don't want it because of the two utility poles in my backyard. Should I just give up and try to rent it? I have to move.

You bought it, so it is obviously not impossible.

It is most likely over priced, the market has fallen, have your agent do the comps, and price it slightly lower.

Put it on the market as a "Rent with Option to Buy" and work out the details.
