Is it in starvation mode..?

Its been a week now and i have only eat 300 calories (less 800) a day.

I keep vomiting if i eat anything fattening or any kind of food. i have lost 3kg and im just getting obessed with thin models and food and pictures of thin people. Am i becoming anorexic? :( im so confused..please no rude answers :( is this an

eating disorder? I want to get out of this stupid cycle but its so hard..Im 9 stone 5"7..i really cant seem to get myself out of this...

  1. you  should  seek   medical  advise  on  this  one    you  sound  like you  heading in  that  direction  but  for  sure  you   have  an  eating  disorder  .......you   should  love  your  self  regardless    than  what   is  in  those  magazines .   do  you  know  most  of  those  beautiful  models  are  air  brushed   and  computer   corrected  if  they  have  a  flaw  they  alter  it  with  the  computer  before  they  print  so   NO  they  are  not  as  perfect  as  what  we   think .  take   care  of  your  self  baby  girl  .....

  3. your body is def in starvation mode. you should eat no less than 1200 calories a day. you're also becoming anorexic/bulimic. if you want to get healthy eat plenty of fruits, veggies, whole wheat breads, pastas, cereal, brown rice. lean meats like turkey and chicken. low-fat/non-fat milk, yogurt, cheese. and good-for-you mono- and poly- unsaturated fats found in nuts, peanut butter, avocados, olive/canola oils, fish. trans and saturated fats are the ones that you want to avoid....those are found in processed cookies, cakes, pretty much any and all junk food. also, stop obbssessing over your body! everyone's body is different. as long as you feel good and look healthy you're fine! but those super-skinny models are so freaky looking, they're pretty much walking skeletons on the brink of death. try talking to your mom or another adult/friend to help you this, too

  4. This is only after a week? I have been sick before and not eaten for a week, but I manage to find my way back to eating again.  I would begin eatting bland foods or any food that appealed to me at this point.  Yes, your body rejects food after a certain time of going without.

    Eat something mild, baked potato, just plain, fruit juice to give you some sugar for energy  Gatorade.  

    Throw away all of your magazines or whatever has pictures of skinny models....not good for the mind since most people don't look like that anyway.  Anorexic is when you deliberately withhold food from yourself. You sound like you are trying to eat, but then vomit.  There is a difference.

    If you can't get things under control, see a doctor.

  5. From what you're saying- yes, you are on a path to becoming anorexic.  Try eating just a bit more everyday until you are at a healthy amount of calories for your weight (probably around 1800 or so).  Vomitting is also a sign of bulimia.

    It would be incredibly wise to talk to someone about this all like a parent, school counselor, etc.

  6. In the beginning don't eat fattening stuff just more calories gradually. Then up, and up. until your back to normal and can eat whatever
