  1. It's angry with you. Not an infection though. Stop using the soap. Spraying it with sea salt solution doesn't really do much. Start doing proper 10 min soaks 2-3 times per day. You should not move the jewelry when you clean it. The warm water in a sea salt soak helps promote blood flow to the area which is good for healing. The sea salt will help balance things out in the area and draw out lymph. Mix 1/4 tsp sea salt with 1 cup warm water to make your own soaks. It should start feeling better soon.

  2. it take up to 6 monthes to have a belly button fully heal...  it looks a little red and infected  so make sure you dont irritate it and keep it veryy clean!

  3. I have had friends who got theirs pierced. One even took 1 year to fully heal to where it wasn't sore anymore. Just continue with the cleaning and such and be careful with your clothes. It looks normal for 2 weeks. If the redness gets any worse, or gets more painful, ask a doctor or the person who has pierced it what to do. Good luck!

  4. Red is normal, especially for new piercings. It looks just fine to me. Although I'd only do the sea salt twice a day. You don't want to overclean it and dry it out.

  5. it's absolutely fine, it's just healing that's all, it will probably be like that for a while longer, there's nothing to worry about and your cleaning it just fine.
