Is it infected..should i take it off or what can i do ????

well i have done my piercing like 3 days ago and now thier is hardly some pain .. it is just alittle but red around the pircing avery small area is red tho and its not swolen and thier is jus little kinda bits round it.. i dono i think it is ok but my mate is scaring me coz i changed the bar after i did it coz it was annoying and i put another one so am very scared of wut migh happen i mean should i take it off

WHERE is the piercing located?    just take it out, so it can heal fast!
