Is it inhumane ?

Is it inhumane to be in a civiliation or society, or in a place where it is more cultural.

For example, is it more inhumane to live in California or Africa ?

Some cultures can manifest inhumane behavior as a byproduct of governmental dictates or societal acceptance.

However, a person is not inhumane just because he lives in a specific area.  He is only inhumane when he acts in an inhumane manner.

The definition of 'inhumane' is not humane, which means you treat someone cruelly or without compassion.

For example, the electric chair was declared 'inhumane'. You can't be inhumane just by living somewhere...
