Every time I go they only will give me the Job Application in Spanish! Can't I sue them for discrimination? Or do I have to speak Spanish to work there?

  1. I find this hard to believe unless you are requesting an application in Mexico, Spain, or another Spanish-speaking country.

BTW, I've also seen some of your other answers on here, which lends a little support to my belief that this is BS.

  2. it is job discrimination

i would first ask for an English one than if they don't give it to u

say that well if u dont hire me i will sue u for job discrimination

and ten bucks says they higher u

    good luck

  3. umm not really, if you do sue them you'll probably get like 10 bucks if that.  If they give you a spanish application ask them to give you an english one if thats what you prefer.

  4. It is Not job discrimination. In order for that to be the case you must first be employed by them. Could it be that the employees at this particular KFC have something against you?

I would suggest that you contact their main office (link above) and let them know what has been happening.
