Question:

Is it just anxiety? Or too hot of weather?

Lately when I'm at school or shopping and stuff I start to get really jittery and anxious and it ends up making me sick. I'm not sure what to do because I'll get lightheaded or get an upset stomach and feel really nervous. It's only started happening when the weather got hotter I think though, because it's around 90-100 degrees outside on average.

That's just anxiety though, right? Or could it possibly just be from the weather and over-heating? It's problematic because I can't keep going to the nurse and stuff while at school...

  1. Ok, you either are A.) Feeling EXTREMELY stressed out about something outside of school, B.) you are VERY hungry and you don't know it,  C.) you are overheated and need to drink more water, or D,) there is something seriously wrong with you (it's not your fault, I mean, it's just maybe a serious medical condition).

I recommend going to the doctor ASAP. He can tell you what it is.  If you ARE stressed out about something, you can do a few things, (mostly dorky) do stop it. You can meditate, take yoga, vent or just confront it. If you are hungry, you should eat more (kind of a "duh" I know, but yeah). If you are overheated, again, drink more water. And for the last thing, only a doctor can help you there. I hope that helps! =)
