Yea they do. Queens and male ants have them.

Male and queen ants are born with wings.  The queens lose them immediately after mating.  Most males die immediately after mating or at the end of the day if unsuccessful. Worker ants collect the spent wings and dead males at the end of the day for recycling.

Male ants and princess {pre-queen] ants have wings.  You will see these when they are forming a new colony.

Termites also have wings, and look rather like winged ants.
