Question:

Is it just me, or do vegetarian women have firmer skin?

I've been a veggie for about three months now and have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin...it is now soft, yet firm--almost as if I've been dipped in a pool of anti-aging liquid.

Not to mention--my bust line has firmed up quite a bit.

Any other women find this to be true as well?

  1. same 4 me i wonder this

  2. h**l yeah. veggies are hot!

  3. yeah they are skinnier and stuff but alot are freakishly skinny.

but my aunt is a vegetarian and is really skinny and pretty but she looks kinda wrinkly.

but it may be because she is old

  4. i have a friend who is vegetarian and she has an *** full of cellulite even though she is thin (which is more of a skin problem verses food problem). i'm not an expert but if your skin is improving....maybe there is something else besides your diet that your benefitting from.

  5. my cousin is vegetarian since about three years, and yes it seems that she has firmer skin.

  6. im not a vegetarian but i will say that i have 2 friends that are n yes they do have great skin but i dnt know if being a vegetarian has anything to do with it..i have reason to believe that it might..

  7. Maybe because you are consuming more fruits and veggies which are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin c improves elasticity in your skin.

  8. i am a vegetarian. 3 months would not make your skin firm and smooth. it is only in your mind but that is a good start. carnivores  ' skin wrinkles fast and freckles would be more prominent. the reason why caucasian have have sagging skin and freckled?

  9. No softer

  10. i dunno but vegeterian woman have nice bods..  and skin like for example sheryl crow  im not sure about modonna.. but then again look at jesica simpson and miss jessica alba.. maybe veggie eating is not all it takes to have hot bods maybe u need a good fitness instructor

  11. Hehe. Yes, I have noticed this..

    Go to these sites

Being vegetarian and having bigger b***s :

Being vegetarian and having greater skin :

You need a lot of Vitamin C for your skin to glow and healthy foods to let your 'bust' get bigger

  12. a coincidence.......... it MAY have something to do with different nutrience, but i doubt it.....meat has alot of protein, which is good for you...... so idk.....this is interesting..........but dont take it from yahoo answers........people here dont know much about this stuff, unless there are demotologists or something, but it would take less time and effort in this case to just look it up yourself on a reliable site

  13. It could be the vegetarian diet. The thing is, just because two things seem to be related, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are. Remember, your nutrient intake probably went up too. Also, do you drink more water now. Drinking water and keeping hydrated will definitely make your skin look better.

What I'm saying is that it may not have been the cutting out of the meat that did it. When you became a vegetarian you, most likely, restructured your whole diet. So, you can pin it down to one thing. I have no doubt that you are seeing changes in your body. It's probably the culmination of everything you are now doing.

  14. I doubt it is true

  15. yes it true my skin is smoother , silkier ,firm  and more colour in my cheeks

  16. I'm a vegan guy and have been complemented on my skin :o

So it probably holds the same for women, if veganism is what causes it for me.

  17. This woman Carol was on big brother last year. She "claims" she's a vegetarian. I don't see nice skin and a firm bust line on her.

I think it might just be a coincidence. Therare a lot of women who eat meat who have beautiful skin and nice bodies.
