Is it just me, or does Tracy Austins' voice grate your nerves?

Hahahahaha.... That's funny, she gets on my nerves a little but Mary Carillo really drives me crazy! She has more base in her voice than alot of men. Plus she is so critical of the people she likes and so forgiving of her favorites even when they play like c**p. Funny I can't even remember her game... Loser - drives me freaking nuts.

I disagree. Everyone has their own way of speaking and there is nothing we can do to change this, unless Hollywood has come up with some latest surgery that I am yet to hear about.

Tracy is one of the best commentators out there. If you are not a fan of tennis and you just happen to be watching a match and you have never heard of the two players who are playing, Tracy gives you so much background information on each of the players game, personal interest, family background and what they have accomplish in their careers. And she does not just tell you that they won this tournament or that tournament, she gives you the facts that you want to know e.g. who they beat, what the score was, what happened in the match. I mean sometimes I feel like she is the walking tennis encyclopedia for womens tennis. I love her!!!

And yes! It was pretty funny when she got into her little spat with Courier at the 2007 US Open, but I think Courier was wrong in his opinion of the Sharapova match. But that's just me!!! LOL

Yes, she has an annoying voice.  I don't know if it's just the sound of her voice or that laugh that she has, but it's not very pleasing to listen to.  She does have a lot of good insight, I just wish she would deliver it better.  The worst is when she works with Tim Ryan, like at the season-ending Sony Ericsson Championships last year on the Versus channel.  The two of them together makes me want to hit the mute button.
