i do both just depending on the grass!! but usally i play volleyball inside unless i'm in sand

barefoot is better.....

sand and grass in your toes is the best feeling....

while yur playing the best sport......volleyball.

i ttly agree...i mean if u really REALLY want 2 win and think ur faster w/ shoes then sure where em. i mostly play barefoot w/ lik easygoin vball but when ur playin real games against other teams lik in tournaments or somethin then duh yah ur gonna where lik special vball shoes!! lol

Well, I play in the largest grass tournament in the country every year (Waupaca Boatride Volleyball Tourney), and I see all of the winners wearing shoes and socks.  And when you are winning out of 400 + teams, I tend to think "kewl" goes out the window.  

If being a dork means winning a huge tourney like that, I would rather be a dork any day. . .

Obviously you aren't a serious player.  If you were, it would be what gave you the edge, not what was "kewl".
