Is it just me or do you see a lot of marines driving pickup trucks?

  1. Most likely they know the value of a lot of metal around them, they learned that is Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam and a thousand other places. They also probably like the extra visibility you get in a pick up as they usually set higher. And they probably like the Macho Effect, they deserve that for what they do for us. It takes a special person to voluntarily go in harms way. My hats off to them, and all members of the United States Military, past, present and future. If I had the means, I'd buy every one of them a pick up. And, no, I'm not a Marine, I was Air Force, and, your welcome.


  2. It is just you. Do not go by the window decals. Anybody can buy them.

  3. Well obvious reason being they are the sterotypically macho men that love guns, hunting and trucks.

    I see alot of them driving sports cars like Lancer Evos as well, we can blame that on the fact that any 18 year old guy can walk down to be recruited and get plenty of cash for joining the military.
