Speeders, people cutting people off, talking on cellphones and swerving lanes, tailgating. UGH! This is why road rage exists!!!

  1. It's just you.  You should take driving lessons.  I got mine from Dollar Driving School -- $100 for 10 hours behind the wheel, when I took the course.

  2. I Agree, and you know it makes so little time difference to the other end of their destination. I just slow it down a little and refuse to engage to pack and watch the idiots go by...

  3. Driving? . Nothing to it . Turn it on, put it in gear and step on the gas and go . I mean, c'mon . What's the big deal? . It's a 'no-brainer' . And therein lies the problem . Driving is ALL BRAINS - All the time . If we are not focused on the task at hand and ready to deal with a myriad of situations coming at us over which we have no control, we can kill somebody - not the least of which is ourselves.

Bottom line - If I am not in control of me, there is no way I can control my  vehicle.

  4. I have the opposite problem.  I seem to get behind people that refuse to go the speed limit.  40 in a 55, when I'm on my way to work in the morning doesn't work!!  I live in the country, and work in a relatively small town.  It can be dangerous to pass because of all of the deer and other wildlife that like to jump out into the road with no notice.  This seems to be happening every time I get into my car.  I like to go the speed limit, or up to 5 miles over.  It's a safe speed, and I can get to where I need to be on time.

    So frustrating!

  5. yes!!! people suck at driving these days b/c they are too busy on the phone! I almost got hit twice within 10 minutes on the 4th of july b/c people kept cutting me off!!

  6. i agree.  A lot of people are always in a hurry to get nowhere and tend to get on my nerves as well.  It's like hey r****d you're not going to get there any faster if you're dead from the accident you caused.  I like it when they tailgate you too.  That's my favorite, so when I'm in my truck and they do that I drive as close to the center as possible so that they can't see around me.

  7. I hear you. The worst offenders here in NYC are taxi drivers. Yellow and Livery. Then when you get into an accident they want to tell you it's you're fault, not theirs. And there's never a cop around when you would like one.
