although somedays its quite fast, its weird, it seems to vary, hah

As technology improves we get more impatient.

Let's see, back when the internet started out, the majority of us were using modems and phone lines, and only corporations, government, and hospitals were using DSL, cable, and satellite internet, now if you don't have a cable or DSL modem somewhere in your house, it's time to upgrade

Since cable, DSL, and Satellite are usually faster than dial-up, you do the math, dosen't matter what way you cut it, the internet's getting faster

Just the opposite. the average internet speed has been going up.
