I remember the decade of the 90's felt as if it was an eternity, then as we got to the new millennium 00's time has basically been flying by. we're almost done with the decade and at least I did not feel it that long enough. Can anyone answer this with a rational explanation? Please, I must know what is going on. thanks in advance.

  1. This has to do with the alpha and beta frequencies of our brains. alpha is a relaxed state and beta is a "work" state. this states can be influenced by the vibrations in earths ionosphere. now days, that vibrations have accelerated, putting our brains in the beta state. it's estimated that we feel 24h as only 16h.

  2. I think generally, time just goes faster the older we get. Maybe it is because we are just busier than we used to be (jobs, kids, etc.)

  3. Depends on how much meth you are doing.

  4. Time is indeed relative, but only if you start accelerating really fast.

but then again the notion of 'the present' is not existent in relativity (this is open philosophical debate) so maybe the 'flow' of time is all in your mind.

  5. It is all relative.  No joke intended.  Here is an example.  When you are 10 the school year seemed to last forever but summer vacation also was forever.  You have experienced 1 year which was 1/10th of your life.  Fast forward to 50 years old.  1 year is only 1/50th of your life.  It is all about perception.

  6. Times always seems to get faster as you get older, it's a subjective thing

  7. this is very common if you are under stress.i last year had a very important work,i did not understand how time came and went.decrease stress.it is still just you.
