Is it just me who has been having a rough life forever, or is that truly common?

Just wondering. Please give me your input about perfect life, "the secret", making things happen, luck etc. Can we wish for a miracle? Can we really have a miracle? Have you had a miracle, a true change in your life?

It is all matter of perspective..Others does not see your life being rough in contrary there is those who would glorify your life and condemn their own...The "secret" is in seeing your life being you . As you love yourself you will love life.well Life will respond accordingly. Life is not something separate from you...Life is you...Miracle will happen as soon as you comprehend stated above

Life can be  very rough.  I know life is what you make of it, but some are born into easier circumstances and s***w up like the rest of us.  We can wish for miracles, and receive them,  but be careful what you wish for, it might not always be the best thing for you.  I'm still waiting for my miracle to happen.

I believe my life through the eyes of others and at one time my own would see my life as on the rough side, but I am still standing as tall as possible through the many storms, a hint, at least that I have strength and purpose.

I love Christmas and always want it to be "perfect". Last year one of my beloved aunts was really sick and in the hospital on Christmas. I was sort of bumbed out that she and my mom,who was with her at the time couldn't be at Christmas dinner. The day after the new year she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given 6 months. My aunt passed away four weeks later less than two weeks after her 51st birthday. She had also been bipolar and manic depressive all of her life. If you read between the lines of this truly sad story there are some miracles. Thank goodness she didn't have to suffer much longer and I truly appreciate more what I once took for granted. You can wait for things to happen or make them happen the human mind is very powerful.

miracles do happen when u wish and strive for it in the right direction.they happen to right person at right place at right time in the right way..think that u have not yet accomplished all ..but b hope full..probably you will have miracle by about this christmas day 25 dec 08..and will have a true change in u r ..life.   yes..i had more than once

Miracles, luck, life secrets.... I'm no pessimist, but these things don't exist. I always believed in depression, chaos and disappoints until recently I've got in touch with my 'realistic side'. To me, life is about deciding who you want to be and working hard to get there... simply put... there are going to be stresses, pains, depressing times and trials. However, if you put your priorities and perspectives in order you'll realize that a rough life is what everyone has, but only a few have learned to deal with it.

A perfect life for me, today, is doing what you want, saying what you want and working toward what you want in disregard of the negativity.

The truth is there are no miracles.  Life is not easy.  In fact it's usually difficult, but there are some times that are relatively easy.

Don't expect things to be the way you want.  Just think positive, work toward goals, and be nice to people.  You'll do fine.

Life and poker are about the same.  Good strategy and good decision making are important, but you also need a good starting point (bank roll), and you need the cards to occassionally fall your way.

Great players can get bad cards and lose.  Terrible players can get good cards and win despite poor play.  You can hope things even out over time, but in order to find out you have to get in there and keep playing, even when there are no garauntees.  It's very chaotic because someone's always shuffling the deck and you never know what's going to come at you next.

It's certainly not rare to have problems, and i think even with all the spiritual techniques it is still challenging and tricky, and sometimes not so good.

The other aspect is that those spiritual techniques such as the secret can be tricky to master, and they have subtleties that are not covered in the movie.

Also changing myself, and making myself happy is sometimes a very different process to changing the world around me - depending on the situation one or the other is more important.

I have had many miracles in my life when i learnt to trust my intuition, and i have grown a lot more peaceful and content through various spiritual practices, but i still have many problems.  I do feel now however that i am kind of moving in the right direction, and things are slowly sorting themselves out.

I think www.michaelteachings.com is also really useful knowledge about how people are different, and why things that work for one don't always work for another.  It can really help figure out why things are happening in your life in that particular way.
