Question:

Is it just my sleeping pattern or do I have a problem?

My general sleeping pattern is to fall asleep around 5:30 AM, and sleep until 4PM. I've tried everything I can think of to get into a normal sleeping pattern, but none of it seems to work. Ex: Listening to Music, Meditation, Medicine (has never knocked me out), Yoga, Hot Baths/Showers (wakes me up more), ect.

Any suggestions?

  1. Um its a habit. I used to go to bed at 5 in the morning and wake up to get ready for school at 6.15 and sumtimes get sent home from school becasue i cud not stay up. if you cant contrl it you need a doctor.


  2. MAYBE YOU GET HAMMERED  THAT HELPED ME SLEEP BEFORE

  3. Y don't you try staying up until 5:30 am like normal then doing something in the morning like going for a jog or something to keep you awake, then run some errands. When you come back it should be later in the day and you'll fall asleep and wake up in the evening. Do this and continue pushing back the time that you sleep further in the day until you reach your normal sleeping habit.

    The same thing happened to me, I basically became nocturnal, but a few days of doing this and I was back to normal.

  4. Maybe you should stop partying all night. I don't know go running or get off yahoo answers?
