Is it just the UK and Ireland that drive on the left-hand side of the road? I really need to know, it's been driving me mad!

Australia, Cyprus and Gibralter all drive on the left and i am sure there will be others .

No there are a lot of countries around the world that drive on the left - Places like Australia, New Zealand, India, Thailand, South Africa, Namibia, Cyprus, Sri Lanka , Bermuda etc. etc.
