  1. No it's not. However the dealership should provide a kit to repair a puncture in a tire consiting of an aresol canister.

  6. When you buy a car it should have a spare tire in it.. but  is possible it will not. I know of no law that states there must be a spare tire with the car.

  9. Nope. New cars will usually come with a tire inflation kit, but used car, well it's your job to check.
