  1. No it's not legal once he is 18. But I don't see an issue with the relationship.

  2. not untill he turns 18, but it depends on what state you live in, the parents might have to file charges before he gets in trouble

  3. Yes it's legal but if she has a sexual relationship with him he would be in LOTS of trouble.

    Peace.

  4. Its legal until he turns 18.Once he turns 18 thats a different story,If they have s*x and he's 18,and her parents find out.Her parents can press charges and his butt is goin to jail.

10 points please for best answer.!

  5. yes its legal for a 14 year old to be with an 17 year old............but when he turns 18 it gouin ti be illegal if their are douing more than dating :)

  6. in some states, it could be statutory rape.  In some, its not until he is 18.

  7. yeah, it's legal as long, but when he turns 18  just make sure they don't sleep together cause then it's illegal

  8. Yea it is illegal.  In NZ definately, the legal age is 16.  In US I think the age is even older, 18 maybe?  So basically if your parents found out they could lay a complaint with police if they wanted to, and he'd be in trouble.
