  1. No it is not legal and you should have the police visit the owner of the truck before something happens.

  2. No, is the short answer.

Totally irresponsible is the slightly less short answer.

And I can't be bothered to write the long answer, but you can pretty much guess how it might go!

  3. I don't know that it's illegal, but it probably isn't a very smart thing to do.

  4. Is it legal for him to drive,I dont think so.

  5. Do you have good homeowners insurance? :->

  6. Do you want to be a good neighbor or a safe home owner?    I wouldn't call the cops.   If it bothers you, I would speak to the father, in a friendly manner and voice your safety concerns.

He may tell you he's taught the kid not to put it in gear, or he may say MYOB.      Then, consider your options, one of which would be the cops.

  7. No...ever hear of Child Endangerment....the person can go to jail for being stupid.

  8. While it may be a ''kick'' for the kid, it is risky. Is the dad present when this happens? Maybe you can comment to the company he works for..a complaint from you would cause unnecessary friction for such a small thing but a word from his boss would shield you from repercussions.

  9. on his property yes...hes starting it not driving..

  10. No it is not legal nor practical, more on the stupid side.
