my friend says thats happening to her, but my sister, who's a teacher, says the stress and workload is too much. and that they made it illegal because it's extremely difficult to handle all the workload.

  1. they could do 3 months at one and 6 months at the other,..

but NOT one day here and one day there back and forth.

In the 4th grade I went to 4 different schools

  2. I'd have to agree. Going to 2 different schools and having to transfer all of her transcripts all the time, plus trying to keep up with the curriculum would be a hassle, not just for the schools, but for her and her parents as well.

  3. No its not illegal sadly. But it should bee. Its to much stress for the kid to go to 2 schools at once.

Btw. I didnt have time to answer your other question about that song you were looking for that sounded like John Mayerr.

I love John Mayer so muchhh [:

But the song you ehard wasnt from him. What you heard was something from Matt Nathanson called: Come on Get Higher.

  4. It's not illegal, but it shows an utter lack of responsibility on her parent's part.

The needs of the child should come first.  That means leave her in one home so she can finish the school year in one place,  Let her spend all summer with the other parent if need be, but that's it.
