I was arrest for an unpaid traffic violation. I didn't have the $200.00 to cover it. It has been 8 years since I was given the speeding ticket, and well life goes on. Anyway a local paper printed my address. How does endangering a persons safety fall under freedom of speech? I don't give out any of my information.

  1. Yes it is totally legal as the information is all in public records at the courthouse. They just cannot list socials or details concerning domestic violence. The government does not feel it is endangering your safety. Sorry. I agree with you and would not like either. I think it is wrong and invasion of privacy, but we do not make rules, just have to live with them.

  2. yes..... public domain.
