Is it legal for a van to be parked directly across the street where my driveway exits into the street?

My neighbor across the street parks his vans in the street. If I pull directly out of my driveway I would hit them. So I have to steer around them when I back out of my driveway. In other words if you where to look direcly down the end of my driveway you would see vans parked on the other side of the street. I live in Texas...

  1. not unless it says "NO PARKING" but u cant paint the curb red in the middle of the night thats wut i would do


  2. It is perfectly legal unless it is marked as a no parking area by the city or county.

  3. is he blocking your driveway? can you exit safely ?

    if he is blocking your driveway you can call the local pd

    and have them write a ticket and have the car towed

    why would you have to drive across the street from your driveway to exit your driveway?
