Is it legal for a web site to sell glass pipes chongs that have "420" in the title, if its use is tobacco?

i acquired a website with "420" in the web address. the online shop is to be used for tobacco type products (rolling papers, glass pipes, water pipes, and such) Is it legal for me to sell these products with "420" in the web address

It's perfectly legal to sell them and to have them.. as long as they're "for tobacco use".

by logic it is legal - doesn't matter what your name 'implies' if products you are selling are legal (noting illegal with pipes) go for it.

you will not have problems even if someone else already uses 4:20 and you sell products just like theirs because by default numbers are not trademark-able like 911, 711, 101, 69, etc..

the 420 will not affect whether is it legal or not but I would chech on laws regarding shipping these pipes to certain states
