Is it legal for an opponent to yell "good" on my serve right before she returns it?

Yeah, but it's kind of weird.  Why would she do that?  It would just take a game or two to get used to a quirk like that.  I would say just play out all points, even if you though she said "out" play it out just to be safe.

Yes it is legal for a opponent to say good because she is letting her team know its inbounds or that she has it. You can do this as well and is a good idea to do.
