Is it legal for consumers to ship fireworks?

I have some fireworks that I want to sell. I am a consumer. They need to go from NC to PA. Is this possible?

  1. Just because your friend did it doesn't mean its legal.  Tony Baloney is right.


  2. No.  All fireworks must be manufactured at the place they are sold because shipping them is illegal.  

    D'oh!

    Actually it is illegal to send fireworks in the US mail (read the signs in the lobby if you have any doubt).  Call UPS or DHL, and they will help you.
